This salad is really good for summer!
I fried Daikon and garlic then put soy sauce and mirin (Japanese seasons, mix with cooking liquor and sugar…like that…?)
It was really easy and taste goooooooooooooood!!!

I love Natto. I used to eat everyday when i was in Japan…
Natto is good for make your blood smooth.
I always miss that so bad…
I love seaweed salad,
I put tomato, cucumber, black & white sesame. And marinated with citrus soy sauce.
I’m losing a lot of hair recently cause of breath feeding…?
